Croll-Zink Residence, Princeton, NJ
New House within Historic District
The new house was designed to blend in with the neighboring shingle style and Beaux Arts houses constructed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The new house contains a front porch with an off-center entry leading to a hall running the length of the house, interrupted at the center by an open, three story stair hall. Three primary spaces open off the hall on each floor, all overlooking a large city park.
