This small cape cod style house was expanded to more than twice its original size with an addition that wrapped around the sides and back of the house, extending it toward the water. A new porch opens up the house to the creek, and provides easy access to the new mudroom for the children, and a direct connection to the new second floor master bedroom for the parents.
