Illinois House Restoration and Rehabilitation, Norfolk, VA

The RKtects Studio, Inc., prepared the construction documents for the restoration and rehabilitation of the 1907 Illinois House at the Jamestown Exposition Site as part of the first phase of the Navy Mid-Atlantic PPV. Restoration of the main facade to its original appearance was accompanied by interior renovations which updated the kitchen and bathrooms for today's residents.
