RKtects has completed a Master Plan for the redesign of the pool and recreational facilities at a private club. The plan, which takes advantage of the hilly topography and mature trees to maintain the park-like setting, calls for three new pools, sand volleyball, playgrounds, expanded green space, pool decking, and a new clubhouse. The clubhouse includes meeting space, administrative offices and a care-taker residence. Currently, Rktects is exploring various concepts for the design, including two schemes shown here.
