Rktects is creating the designs for converting an existing poolhouse and covered deck to a resident clubhouse and leasing center as part of the redevelopment of an apartment community that includes mid-rise and garden style residences. The existing facilities, which date from the 1960s, require fresh updates to the kitchens and bathrooms along with general interior renovations. The new clubhouse provides locker room facilities at the pool level with leasing offices and community meeting space on the main level.
